10 Morning Habits to Start Your Day off Right

Waking up in the mornings can be very painful, especially after a good sound sleep. Our ancestors had had a good habit of waking up to the sunrise.

On the other hand, many elders have a habit of watching the television as soon as they wake up. Mornings are when we open our eyes after a good long rest and straining it right after the first blink is not a healthy choice. As an alternative, rub your palms against each other to create some heat and place them on your eyelids.
